D-Day Embarkation Points - Saltash Passage

Almost 70 years ago, US Troops left their Army Camps in Plymouth to take part in the D-Day Landings, with one of the Embarkation Points located here at Saltash Passage. In 2014 we will be launching a special exhibition for the 70th Anniversary & along the way featuring some of the key locations that exist to this day, now the scene of pleasure craft, picnics & fishing.
